Release: Subscribe to CKAN datasets

We are releasing a new service where people can get notified when datasets change.
We believe we can build better products through collaboration. Following past examples, we are now open-sourcing a new project: Data Subscriptions.
With Data Subscriptions, you can deploy CKAN instances and allow users to get notified when datasets change. At this moment, it is possible to notify users via email, but you can help us extend to send notifications via other methods such as SMS.
